Organization of hybrid or 100% virtual events
Conference and Congress organization, exhibitions and fairs with integrated streaming system, web App and Videoconference, which includes menus of sessions, topics, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. This interactivity allows all to create a previous agenda, consult presentations, posters and abstracts, download digital files, create networking from chat, Q&A and voting system. Participants can follow the event in real time or deferred.
Bidding for International congresses and events
We prepare bids to apply for international congresses and raise financial and logistical support from public entities. We produce promotional media to support promotional actions at previous events. We organize site inspections and present suggestions for social programs and hospitality. We work and present bid budget, financial viability study and scenario simulation. We compete to win, with determination.
Exhibition and sponsorship management
Identification and development of sponsorship opportunities and exhibition supports. We work on the lay-out. set-up based on floor plans and guidelines, the sales and marketing to potential “buyers”, space allocation, publication of exhibition manual, handling of the set-up/ dismantle of stands with the support of exhibition services suppliers.
